Responsibilities - Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems
- Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
- Road-test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations
- Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - High School diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years shop experience highly preferred
- Hyundai or KIA experience preferred
- Must have own tools
- Outgoing, people-oriented, and foster an environment of collaboration
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
